Our NEW Bagmaster® C295 Vertical centerfold bagging machine is an updated version C-fold bagger with B&R controls and servo motors for cross jaw and belt drive. This bagger can run standard film poly film or film with pre applied zipper. Product fills into the bag being from the side then the bag is formed around the product. This produces a bag without a back seal which
allows for full panel graphics enhancing market appearance as well as for printing on the front and / or back of the bag. Header and hole punch options make an attractive retail package.
This versatile bagger fills the price gap between flat stock VFFS bagger and lower price baggers
that run pre-made bags on a roll. Providing all the cost benefits of buying film by the pound vs
by the bag with added converting cost. The C295 does not use an expensive forming collar and
forming tube. An adjustable spreader bar allows you to run different width films without
expensive tooling. Length is adjusted in the PLC.
