Our service department provides repairs, upgrades, and parts and offers these services in our facility or yours. Our parts department stocks the items necessary to insure your equipment runs at the highest level of efficiency. Our factory trained service technicians are available to provide preventive maintenance and training for your operators and maintenance staff. We have Technicians based on the East and West Coast.

We offer Preventive Maintenance Contracts tailored to our customer’s individual needs. These PM Contracts offer great benefits including:
- One prescheduled on-site maintenance visit per year for one day
- Representative will inspect, service, and perform all necessary and appropriate adjustments
- Maintenance and operator training
- Installation of any available software upgrades
- Preferred scheduling in case emergency service is required
- Discount of 10% on all parts purchased during the period of the contract
- Does not include travel expenses such as air fare, car rental, hotel, per diem, etc. or additional travel time. Travel expenses will be invoiced after the service visit is completed
