Batchmaster® Counters are the only counters that utilize patented dual view scanners
that provide the highest accuracy count possible. Using our patented dual view scanning
technology, our systems can validate the size of products before packaging to ensure your
customers receive only items that are whole, wrapped, connected – whatever is required. Out of tolerance parts are rejected prior to entering a package. The Batchmaster® IV counter (BMIV) is an accurate high speed counting system that detects and rejects (inspecting) parts one-third smaller or larger than a target part thereby separating (sorting) the good parts from the bad. The processing unit is designed with a transparent front panel for visual inspection of gate movement and product flow. These counters can easily integrate with upstream and downstream packaging equipment. Batching Systems can provide stand-alone counters or fully integrated turnkey packaging systems.
In one application, O-rings are counted and out of tolerance parts, those which are over or under sized are rejected or counted as doubles thereby separating (sorting) the good parts from the bad. Other applications include validating whether caps are on or off a part (see below) or making sure hardware clamp assemblies are complete and if not reject the out of tolerance parts, or those that are missing components.

A wide variety of fasteners can be fed and singulated with our high speed enhanced geometry dual axis bowl feeder and change over from one part to another requires no tools and takes less than two minutes.
