Batchmaster® counting machines for small parts are the only counters that utilize patented dual view scanners that provide the highest accuracy count possible. Out of tolerance parts are rejected prior to entering a package. The latest Batchmaster® IV counter is an accurate high speed counting system that detects and rejects parts one-third smaller or larger than a target part thereby separating the good parts from the bad. The processing unit is designed with a transparent front panel for visual inspection of gate movement and product flow. These counters can easily integrate with upstream and downstream packaging equipment. Batching Systems can provide standalone counters or fully integrated turnkey packaging systems.
The Batchmaster® IV Counter now includes bar code reading and recipe management. Advanced programming and large 10.4" color touch screen provide user friendly intuitive set-up, data monitoring, self-diagnostics, verified motion control technology, remote access, multi-language options, and custom password lock outs.
Standard is BMIV 2 & 5 gate 100mm
Available in single or dual configurations. (Dual uses one HMI for 2 counters) These counters are for nuts, bolts, washers, screws, toy blocks, plastic parts, , PVC or brass pipe fitting, wrapped candies, and other products that do not stick together ranging in size from 1/8” ball up to 2.75” wide x 5” long. The counter is best used for 1-50 counts, but can be used for higher batch counts if needed. The 2 gate counter has no reject and no secondary accumulation. 5 gate has reject gate for over counts, over size and under size product. It has 2 accumulation chambers that increase production speed. These counters can be integrated with baggers, box lines, jar lines, clamshell lines, or blister lines.
This can be used for unwrapped gummies, candies, food, medical products, pharma and nutraceutical tablets and pills. The food grade counter utilizes textured stainless steel and food grade composite contact areas.
BMIV 50mm, 2 & 5 gate counters for small parts
1/16 ball up to ¾”wide x 1.5” long ” Specialty counter for small parts small medical screws, dental drills, medical plastic tips, jewelry beads, and other small items that can not be weighed. The 2 gate counter has no reject and no secondary accumulation. 5 gate has reject gates for over counts, over size and under size product. It has 2 accumulation chambers that increase production speed.
BMIV 150mm & 200mm, 2 & 5 gate counters for large products
The 150mm 2 gate is used for large heavy products or products that do not need to be rejected. This size counter can be configured to count bags, large bolts, scoops, dog treats, toy blocks, PVC pipe fittings and other large parts. The BMIV 150mm & 200mm, 2 & 5 gate counter can be fed by vibratory bowl feeder or belt feeder. This is determined by the product size and speed requirements.
BMIV Multi head 50mm and 100mm in line counters
These counters are used high-speed, high volume accurate counts of products. They are mostly used in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical industries for counting gummy, tablet, and pill applications. It can also be used to count for candy and industrial products. The patented dual view scanner with continuous feed parts processing unit provides high speed accurate counts without tooling change over for different sizes and shapes.
